The "Shawn Ireland Show" is a daily half hour entertaining and professionally produced internet podcast hosted by long-time Central Ohio radio personality, Shawn Ireland. The show will feature a daily revolving cast of lively guest hosts, topics, featured newsmakers, and plenty of fun!
The “Shawn Ireland Show” is a female-centered entertainment program, highlighting daily topics of pop culture and general lifestyle issues of interest that appeal to women, plus local content including: cultural events, newsmakers, and local music acts. Women are the focus, but men are not excluded from the conversation, and will be invited to take part and be guest hosts on occasion.

About Shawn
Shawn Ireland's voice and face have been familiar to Central Ohio for many years. In fact, Shawn has been heard on different Columbus area radio stations for more than 25 years! Aside from a 2 year stint on an all-female morning show in San Diego, "Shawn and Donna in the Morning", most of her journey has been spent entertaining radio listeners and television viewers throughout Central Ohio.
Shawn's radio and television careers have exposed her to local news and experiences across the globe. She has interviewed artists on the red carpet during numerous Grammy Awards ceremonies in New York and L.A., and has interviewed athletes during the Olympic Games in Park City, Utah and Sydney, Australia. Shawn was also in the cast of "The Vagina Monologues" during its 2002 stop in Columbus. Shawn has had her hands in television broadcasting too. She was a live field host on "Live at 5" on WCMH-NBC 4, and currently you can catch Shawn each week dishing out her brand of female-friendly, fun tips and advice on "Good Day! Columbus", on WTTE/Fox 28.
It is the personal, daily connection with her fans that Shawn values the most. Championing the fight for women and children has long been an important passion; her charitable contributions have reflected that dedication. She has been a guest speaker and emcee for hundreds of corporate and charitable events in Central Ohio including a 10 year stint as the host of the "Looking for Wendy Pageant" - the corporate mascot search for Wendy's International, co-host for Abigail Wexner's Initiative Program - the "Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence", a serving member of the Community Task Force Against Family Violence, co-host for the Easter Seals Telethons, and co-host of the Children's Hospital Marathons for Children. Giving back has long been an important aspect of Shawn's life and is the basis for "The Shawn Ireland Show", the "S.I.S. Club", and the "S.I.S. Club Care Corps" (SCCC).
Shawn is a dedicated single mom to her two children, Graham and Cydney, and apart from her love for them, her other passion is sharing her daily show's laughs and life's stories with fans, new and old.
